Scheduling Your First Session
Give us a call, and a member of our Scheduling Team will make sure to match you with the best possible fit in therapist, based on your specific needs and goals. Or, book a time with a specific therapist from our team, and we’ll contact you to confirm the details.
We’ll gather your insurance info or set you up with a low self pay rate, review a few simple policies, and confirm your appointment for a time that works well for your schedule.
Before Your Appointment
Once your session is booked, we’ll send you an email to access your Client Portal where you’ll be able to review and sign a few simple documents needed before we can start our work together. If you ever have any questions, we’re happy to help by phone or email!
At Your Appointment
Be sure to arrive, if seeing a therapist in person at one of our offices, or login to your Client Portal for Telehealth sessions a few minutes early, and your therapist will greet you in time for your session. They’ll review a few of our policies and gather some basic info to ensure you have a productive first session.
Together you’ll begin working to develop a specific plan to help you reach your goals.
After Your Appointment
You’ll wrap up by coordinating a mutually convenient time to get back together to continue your progress. Remember, we have a flexible cancellation policy, so you’re always in control to reschedule or cancel 24 hours or more before your sessions. And if you have any questions or concerns between your appointments, you’ll have access to your therapist to get the assistance you need quickly.
