I once worked with a client who was deeply struggling after the end of along-term relationship. The anxiety and depression he experienced during this time were overwhelming. Through our sessions, I provided him with hope and healing, guiding him through the difficult emotions and helping him rebuild his sense of self. Over time, I empowered him to embrace the possibility of new beginnings, encouraging him to date again and to manifest the life he envisioned. Eventually, he found the strength to move forward and was able to connect with someone new to share his life with.
The counseling process with me is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs. In our first few sessions, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and identify meaningful goals. I’ll help you understand your current challenges and the patterns that may be influencing your thoughts and emotions. As we move forward, I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches to support deeper insight and practical growth.Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you as you move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
In our first session, we'll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask some questions to understand your background, current challenges, and what brought you to therapy. This helps me tailor our work to your needs and goals. This is also your chance to ask any questions about how therapy works and to share what you’re hoping to achieve. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and comfortable. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clear sense of how we can work together toward your goals and a plan for moving forward.
What motivates me to be a therapist is the meaningful opportunity to support others through life’s challenges and transitions. I’m passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, gain insight, and heal from past experiences. I’m driven by the belief that with the right support, people can build resilience, reclaim their strengths, and create lasting, positive change. Being a therapist allows me to walk alongside clients as they move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
