FAQs

I once worked with a client for about six months who struggled enormously with self-injurious behavior. Through our work together, they were able to replace the self-injurious behavior with a healthy coping skill.

Though every person’s situation is unique, I generally approach the counseling process from a cognitive behavior therapy framework to help my clients understand how their thinking process impact their behavior in everyday life.

My first session isn’t just a time for demographic gathering. It’s important that my clients understand that counseling is a process that can work for them, so we’ll spend time tackling a specific issue and crafting coping skill techniques

I love seeing people transform their lives by implementing simple steps of change. I enjoy helping people achieve and explore their hidden potential.
