FAQs

I had helped a client with relationship intrusive thoughts (OCD). She believed she couldn't be "cured" and as time went on, she was challenged through exposures how to overcome it and she started to focus on other things in her life. she was reminded that her intrusive thoughts weren't overpowering her life anymore.

clients will expect to be able to explore their emotions and connect them to their behaviors. It's a slow process and I don't believe in rushing any kind of treatment. I will provide all the support and be your cheerleader along the way.

The first session will be gathering information and discussing what brough them into therapy with empathy and support. Entering therapy can be scary for most people because it means you're ready to work on yourself.

Watching clients find the light again. Seeing clients recognize their own thought patterns and start questioning if it's rational or not. When clients begin to see the changes in their behavior, it makes me excited with them.

Highlights
