.I enjoy working with clients and empowering them to recognize and use their abilities, skills, qualities, and strengths to achieve their goals and come to love the person that they are!
The first session is generally one where we focus on getting to know each other, identifying goals, and also offering the opportunity to ask questions and set up a plan for addressing the client's concerns and struggles.
The best part of being a therapist is the relationship with the client. I truly enjoy working with and empowering people to recognize their strengths and achieve their goals.
