With 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Jessica is dedicated to helping individuals live their most meaningful lives through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. She has had the privilege of working with adults of all ages (18-65+) in a variety of settings, including community mental health centers, private hospitals, and home care.
I’ve had a breakthrough with a client who has been facing substance usechallenges. Together, we developed a daily routine with meaningful anchorsand a structured schedule, which helped them reconnect with a sense ofpurpose and find more meaning in their life.
In our sessions, you can expect to take the lead as I strongly believe inyour autonomy and self-direction. I’m here to support you in the areas youchoose, offering guidance and feedback as we work together toward yourgoals.
In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding why you’re interested intherapy and what you hope to achieve. We’ll also take some time to get toknow each other and make sure we’re a good fit to work together toward yourgoals.
I’m motivated to be a therapist by my deep passion for helping individualsovercome life’s challenges and live meaningful, fulfilling lives. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Psychotherapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Existential Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy & Trauma-Focused Therapy.
