FAQs

I’ve had a breakthrough with a client who has been facing substance use challenges. Together, we developed a daily routine with meaningful anchors and a structured schedule, which helped them reconnect with a sense of purpose and find more meaning in their life.

In our sessions, you can expect to take the lead as I strongly believe in your autonomy and self-direction. I’m here to support you in the areas you choose, offering guidance and feedback as we work together toward your goals.

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding why you’re interested in therapy and what you hope to achieve. We’ll also take some time to get to know each other and make sure we’re a good fit to work together toward your goals.

I’m motivated to be a therapist by my deep passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and live meaningful, fulfilling lives. The opportunity to support clients in building resilience, discovering their strengths, and finding healing is what continually drives my work and fuels my dedication to the field.
