FAQs

After working for several months processing a traumatic event with many trauma symptoms, the client was able to go through the anniversary of the traumatic event without any trauma symptoms, citing relief and hope after the anniversary of the traumatic experience.

I see my clients as the experts of themselves and am here to help you on your journey to wellness. I am a person-centered therapist and that aims to meet you where you are at. In each session we talk about what is most important to you whether that be something that just happened or an event that happened years or months ago.

The beginning sessions are focused on building trust, exploring goals and what is bringing you to therapy. You decide the pace of therapy and what you feel comfortable sharing.

I became a therapist because I love to help others and have a gift of helping others to feel comfortable and increasing self esteem. I love listening to my clients and helping them to live their best lives.
