About Me

Welcome! My name is Nadia Ghnaim. I am a licensed Social Worker with over 5 years of clinical experience. Whether you’re struggling with managing daily life, overcoming trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you’re in the right place! I am here to help guide you towards achieving your mental health goals. I pride myself on meeting my clients where they’re at in their mental health journey while gently pushing them to face their struggles head on. I am so excited that you are taking your first steps towards making a positive change in your life! I would be so honored to work together in helping you reach your full potential and become the best version of yourself. Nadia Ghnaim, LSW, Supervisee in Clinical Social Work, is under the clinical supervision of Eileen Carmona, LCSW, while obtaining supervised post-master’s degree experience per the laws and regulations governing the practice of Social Work.


One of my most significant client breakthroughs was when I helped a young adult client process and work through her traumas. When she first started seeing me, she was almost ready to give up. Through months of hard work in therapy, I was able to watch her grow into a strong and driven individual. She was able to finish college and apply for law school which is something she never thought she would be able to do.

I am a client driven therapist. This hour is your time and I want you to get the most out of our time together. Each client is different so I like to structure my sessions to fit their needs. In our first sessions together we will assess your goals and discuss together what type of therapy structure best would fit you as an individual.

Our first session together is what I like to call the “get to know you” session. I will be asking you a few questions to get a sense of what you are struggling with. Together, we will develop your goals for therapy and come up with a game plan. Building a strong rapport with my clients is very important to me and I think it is a crucial part of the therapeutic process!

My client’s progress motivates me. Looking back at our first session and realizing how much they have grown is what makes me so passionate about my work as a therapist!


    What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

    It is my number one goal to create a safe space that will help you feel comfortable and ready to address whatever has been causing you emotional distress. I will assist you learning healthy and positive skills to help you achieve your goals both in your mental health journey, and in life!

    What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

    I utilize evidence-based therapies, including: Psychotherapy, Attachment-Based Therapy Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

    Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

    My biggest strengths are my ability to make my clients feel safe and comfortable when they are in session with me. I am great at creating an environment where you will feel instantly safe to discuss challenging topics.
