FAQs

I was able to assist a patient in gaining insight and developing a better understanding of himself and the people around him. We also successfully improved his food aversion resulting from his trauma by using exposure therapy.

My goal is to assist people in working towards healing their wounds in addition to regaining a new perspective on life.

In our first session, I typically focus on getting to know each other. This initial meeting allows me to build rapport by discussing your family and your life experiences, which helps me understand your background and what has shaped you. I will always explain the rules of therapy and clarify what I can and cannot keep confidential.

What motivates me to be a clinician is the knowledge that I am helping to change someone's life. Though it can be challenging at times, I appreciate spending time with people and knowing that I have a positive influence on them. This experience has also made me a better clinician.
