About Me

Hi, I’m Alexis Holmes, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping you navigate your mental health journey. I specialize in providing medication management grounded in safe, evidence-based practices and psychotherapy to help you build effective coping skills. Beyond that, I offer a compassionate ear, tailored resources, and a deep understanding of the challenges you may face. With nearly a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, and older adults in achieving better mental health. I also bring extensive expertise in intellectual and neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for alcohol and substance use disorders. I’m here to provide more than just knowledge about medications, diagnostic testing, and clinical assessments—I’m here to truly understand your needs and support you with care and empathy every step of the way. Let’s work together to create a brighter path forward.
