Her clients have also remarked on her professionalism, and her abilities to help them to see and understand concerns from a new and different point of view.
I recently helped a client challenge some of her negative thoughts and learn ways to problem solve and reframe negative thoughts. This client has learned effective ways to manage her anxiety and learn how to use mindfulness and grounding techniques when she felt overwhelmed. She has felt more empowered in her life and hopeful about the future.
I like for my clients to feel as comfortable as possible and to ask what they are looking to gain out of therapy. For each person it may be different and I like to tailor each therapy session and to make it as invidualized as possible.
In our first meeting, I want to create a space where we can get to know each other and you can feel as comfortable as possible. I encourage you to share what you're hoping to gain from therapy, so we can begin to tailor the process to your needs.
I enjoy helping people gain insight into their problems and ways to problem solve.
