One of the most impactful breakthroughs I’ve witnessed was with a client who had experienced severe trauma from intimate partner violence. She came to me struggling with anxiety, depression, and shattered self-esteem. Through a safe, non-judgmental space and trauma-informed care, she began to regain control over her life. I integrate evidence-based strategies with a trauma-informed perspective, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with psychodynamic, spiritual, somatic, and parts-work modalities to create a personalized experience for each client.

From there, we'll start to identify initial treatment goals to guide our work moving forward.
