9480 Main St, Fairfax 22031I enjoy helping clients who have struggled with trauma. Many of my clients have reported significant improvement to their over physical and mental health symptoms.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities however my main goal is to build a therapeutic alliance that feels like a natural conversation.
After the initial intake, clients can expect their follow up appointment to be relaxing with no certain agenda. I enjoy taking time and exploring, in depth, how the client sees themselves within the world. I enjoy learning their narrative so we can work on rebuilding it or making small changes.
The joy on a client’s face when they realize that they are not broken, that things can be changed, and when a client finds peace within themselves and the world around them.
