Rosemary holds a BA in Psychology from Syracuse University and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Longwood University. With over 15 years of experience in a variety of mental health settings, she has worked with clients ranging from teenagers to seniors. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including: Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), & Solution-Focused Therapy.
