Lifebulb’s one-day equine therapy workshops for your mental health are designed to be quick, effective, and restorative. Over the course of 5 hours, you’ll get to know yourself, your group mates, and Chips, our rescue horse from Saving Grace Rescue Farms. Build confidence, communication skills, boundaries, and more in this one-day workshop. Running for one day only!

Signing Up for Equine Therapy in Virginia Beach

Lifebulb’s equine therapy workshops are run by local, licensed therapists. We’re sponsoring Chips from Saving Grace Rescue Farms, a nonprofit that's been rescuing horses from abuse and neglect since 2020. Breathe in the fresh air, meet new people, and be guided by a professional mental health therapist in this one-day equine-assisted therapy workshop.

As of now, we are only running Equine Therapy programs in person in Virginia Beach, from the Saving Grace Rescue Farm. This rescue farm has been saving horses from abuse and neglect cases since 2020, and we’re proud to be partnering with them.

You’ll meet at the farm on May 16th from 9 am to 2 pm. Lunch will be provided!

Our self-pay rate is $200. We accept insurance!

Yes! For our insurance users, you’ll pay up front, and we’ll send you a super bill. This can be sent to your insurance for reimbursement.
