What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I know life is full of daily stressors and challenges that can bring us feelings of anxiety and worry, which can be overwhelming at times. It can feel difficult to manage our emotions and cope with the day to day stresses. In times like these we need a helping hand. My counseling style is person-centered and strengths-based that creates an open and safe space where people can feel safe exploring their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I believe that every person's story is their own and with this philosophy in mind, I work to help people to develop the skills needed to cope with life's challenges.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths are being open and personable. I focus on creating rapport and trust with clients to learn more about their life story and help them navigate challenges in their life.
