FAQs
My biggest breakthrough is watching my clients that suffer from addiction, depression and anxiety take back their life and learn how to love themselves. I have many examples of people finding recovery in their lives and writing me thank you letters or stopping in my office to thank me and tell me how great they’re doing.
I create a safe nonjudgmental space. It’s very important to me to build trust with my client as well as to show them empathy and collaborate with them a growth plan. I challenge all my clients with homework assignments that are particularly focus on their specific issues. For instance, I might have them write a letter of forgiveness to themselves or write about what they want their future to look like a year down the road.
I introduce myself to them, but I focused that first session on why they came to treatment.
I believe in change, there isn’t anything too big to fix. I love people I love helping people and supporting them on their journey of finding themselves or learning how to become the best version of themselves.
