I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Psychotherapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing & Trauma-Focused Therapy.

I believe my biggest strengths in counseling is seeing the client as the expert in their own lives and allowing them the right for self determination. That is why I am inquisitive and open minded in my approach. I also believe my comfort with being able to challenge clients to hold them accountable and encourage the to accomplish their treatment plan goals is a strength.
