FAQs
One of the most meaningful breakthroughs I’ve witnessed was a client shifting from deep self-blame to recognizing they were not at fault for their trauma. That moment of self-compassion was powerful, and it reinforced my belief in the healing that can happen when clients feel safe and supported.

Our first session is all about getting to know each other and beginning to build a trusting connection. We’ll go at your pace and start exploring what’s most important to you, including your goals, the challenges you’re facing, and where you’d like to head from here.
I’m motivated to be a therapist because I’ve seen first-hand how the right support at the right time can completely shift the course of a life. I’m passionate about helping people develop insight into how their past has shaped them, and how that awareness can fuel progress toward their own goals. My role is to provide a safe space for exploration, not to hand out answers, but to walk alongside people as they discover them.
