FAQs

Moments of breakthrough occurs frequently in sessions. Each time I work with a person I notice thoughtful reflections that produce change.

Clients can expect consistency and moments of thoughtful reflection. They can expect to abandon all judgments they hold about therapy and what it should be after engaging sessions with me. We will have moments of laughter and progress celebration and there will be moments of accountability laced with compassion!

The first session normally focuses heavily on the getting to know each other. I will tell a client about myself and therapy approaches and I will use time to learn more about the client. We will use time to discuss expectations and answer assessment questions.

My motivation to be a therapist comes from my beliefs around supporting others. I believe everyone is on this earth for a reason and that it’s important to heal through what has harmed us so that we can get closer to enjoying a purposeful life.
