Processing with me means having a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I’ll listen without judgment and help you untangle what feels overwhelming so it becomes more manageable. Sometimes that means talking through difficult emotions or past experiences, other times it might be noticing patterns in how you think or react, and finding new ways forward.
The first session typically looks like an open, safe space including conversation to gain rapport, identifying reasons for coming to therapy, and identify goals and areas to focus on/build on in upcoming therapy sessions.

I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based Therapy & Solution-Focused Therapy

I’m compassionate and approachable, but also practical—I focus on helping clients gain tools they can use in everyday life.
