Our first session is really about getting to know one another and building the foundation for our work together. There is a lot that goes into the therapeutic process, and itβs important for clients to understand that therapy is both a journey and a partnership. During this initial meeting, I will walk you through what to expect, discuss the goals and structure of therapy, and share my approach as we begin collaborating.
What motivates me to be a therapist is my deep compassion for people and their stories. Iβm driven by the desire to offer hope during moments that can feel dark, overwhelming, or isolating. Supporting individuals as they navigate those difficult spaces is something I consider both an honor and a calling.

How you feel is valid, your story matters, and you deserve to be heard. It can be hard to listen to that healthy voice inside of you that desires guidance & support. I want to take a moment to acknowledge your bravery for taking the first step in your journey. Together we will explore areas of your life where you may feel challenged, anxious and/or stuck. We will identify old patterns of beliefs and behaviors that may have been limiting you and begin to move forward in your life by creating new understanding that leads to curiosity, self-awareness, & self-compassion.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Expressive Art, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing & Solution-Focused Therapy.

My strongest skill is creating a therapeutic space where clients feel fully understood, validated, and supported. I combine a warm, nonjudgmental, and transparent style with appropriate humor, which helps clients feel both safe and connected.
