FAQs
I worked with a client struggling with severe anxiety and depression that impacted almost every aspect of her life. When we first started meeting, she would not talk much, so we listened to a lot of client-selected music together. After several sessions of listening to her music together, she started to process the songs we listened to and began opening up to me about her life. Over time, this client learned how to manage her symptoms, improve her self-care, and take risks by expanding her social circle.
Every client is different, but clients can generally expect a safe and supportive environment where they feel in control of their treatment.
First sessions with me are typically focused on establishing a good rapport and exploring what your goals for therapy may be.
As a trauma survivor myself, I feel passionate about using clinical and personal experience to help others to build a life they genuinely love.

I believe one of my biggest strengths is my ability to meet a client where they're at.
