FAQs
One meaningful breakthrough involved helping a young woman navigate a major life transition after anxiety and self-doubt left her feeling stuck. Using a CBT approach, we challenged unhelpful thought patterns and built practical coping strategies, allowing her to gain confidence, trust her decisions, and move forward with greater resilience.
Counseling is a collaborative process where we’ll explore the challenges that brought you to therapy, identify your strengths, and create meaningful goals that fit your life. I’ll provide support, practical strategies, and a judgment-free space where you can build confidence, develop lasting skills, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know one another, explore what brought you to therapy, discuss your goals, and learn more about your personal experiences. You’ll have space to ask questions and share what feels important as we create a collaborative plan that helps you feel understood and supported moving forward.
