Bryce Becker
Bryce graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) with specific trainings in utilizing CBT across diverse populations. Since entering the field, he has gained experience working with a plethora of clients, ranging from substance abuse to metal health struggles. No matter the issue, he focuses on a goal-oriented, person centered approach, utilizing interventions from CBT, DBT, and ACT. Bryce's primary goal is to make sure his clients feel safe and encouraged as you collaborate to handle any struggles that may come your way.
A recent breakthrough was helping a client recognize how much his past experiences have impacted his decisions in the present. From there, he grew to have a more loving, compassionate relationship with himself. Witnessing this take place in real time significantly impacted me as a person, and gave me hope that together we can explore dark tunnels and discover the light at the end of them.
Clients can expect an engaging session experience focused on self-exploration, focusing on strengths, and identifying areas of struggle. Once we have a framework, weāll form attainable goals that can lead to you feeling better (I do encourage homework, I promise itās not that bad!).
My first session will typically focus on goal setting, getting to know you, and reviewing a brief history that could be relevant in our work together. Iāll introduce my style and make sure that weāre a good fit before diving into therapy.
I have a passion for helping those in need and watching grow and discover themselves, and thereās no better job to fulfill that passion than being a therapist. Iāve been inspired and motivated by so many clients; I wouldnāt be the person who I am today without them. Being a therapist pushes me to be the best version of myself I can possibly be, and I hope to grant the same motivation to my clients.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
To me, my biggest strength is creating a welcoming, positive, and encouraging environment where my clients can feel safe to share whatever theyāre struggling with. I look forward to knowing a clientās strengths, hardships, hobbies, relationships, and anything else they wish to share. I have an enthusiasm for exploring my clientsā stories to discover what solutions we can come up with. Embarking on a therapeutic journey is one of my favorite things to do, and Iām excited to continue that here at Lifebulb.
