She is EMDR-trained and integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, and parts work, tailoring each approach to meet your unique needs. With a special interest in understanding how our thoughts, emotions, and life experiences shape who we are and how we relate to the world around us. her approach is person-centered, collaborative, and compassionate. She strives to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as you work together toward meaningful and lasting change.

FAQs

One moment that has stayed with me was seeing a client find the courage to ask for help after believing she had to carry everything on her own. As we processed the experiences that had shaped her, she began to trust herself again, step outside of her comfort zone, and reconnect with a sense of peace and possibility. Watching her recognize her own growth and embrace a new perspective on her story was incredibly meaningful.

When we begin working together, my first priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I know opening up isn't always easy, so we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. As trust grows, we'll begin exploring the deeper patterns behind what you're experiencing while also working toward the goals that matter most to you. You can expect me to check in often, celebrate your progress, gently challenge you when needed, and offer tools or exercises between sessions to help you continue growing outside of therapy. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges.

Our first session is all about getting to know you. I'll ask questions about your history, what brought you to therapy, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together. We'll create your treatment goals as a team and discuss which approaches feel like the best fit for you. My goal is to make our first session feel smooth and reassuring. I value transparency and encourage you to ask questions, share any concerns, and let me know what you need so we can create a space where you feel comfortable and valued.

What motivates me to be a therapist is the privilege of walking alongside people as they heal, grow, and discover what they're capable of. There is something incredibly meaningful about witnessing someone find hope again, overcome challenges they once thought were impossible, and begin living a life that feels true to who they are. I genuinely love the work I do, and for me, being a therapist is more than a career- it's a calling and a purpose that I feel honored to live out every day.
