Over my career thus far, my passion for the field has only deepened due to the incredible resilience and strength of the people I've served. Working with children, adolescents and adults in-home, in school, and in/outpatient over my career has allowed me to polish and fine-tune my individualized approach to each client. As a clinician, I have a very holistic approach as I believe that we are all dynamic and cannot be understood through one lens. That said, I like to meet you where you are while gently challenging you to reach your full potential. In guiding you throughout your unique life journey, I will be utilizing various approaches and techniques to make you feel seen, understood, supported, and empowered.
I once worked with a female who had been carrying extreme guilt and pain from a past traumatic experience. These unresolved feelings manifested in anger and as a result she was often misunderstood. Through working with her I helped her unravel and process all those layers of emotions that were debilitating her for years. Moreover, she was able to forgive herself, find relief, and learn how much strength she really had.
Clients can expect to have a very customized counseling experience in which I will go at their pace while also guiding them through the process.
A first session will be one centered around building rapport with one another by breaking the ice, light-hearted conversation and understanding each other's expectations of the path ahead.
Over the years, my passion, love and dedication to the field have only deepened due to the incredible resilience, courage and strength of the people I've served and met. The positive feedback loop between clients, their powerful stories and the inspiration they spark in me to grow, is one that I could not imagine finding anywhere else.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
Some of the areas that I consider key strengths would be in empowering clients to identify their own struggles and the power and potential that lie behind them. In other words, enabling them to venture confidently outside their comfort zones and away from their debilitating traumas. What anchors this approach is my deeply empathetic listening, compassion and unconditional positive regard. No matter your age, life journey, or current situation, I will ensure that clients walk away from this experience with me fully capable of truly embracing themselves, their past and their future.
