I supported a client with panic attacks through treatment over six months using CBT to the point that she was able to overcome having them.
We would design a treatment plan and then begin treatment right away with client's input during the process.
The first session involves the intake assessment and designing the treatment plan as well as, introducing myself to the client. I explain how services will go and the rules of confidentiality as well as the no show policy.
Being able to see my clients heal and change in front of my eyes is a life changing experience and is why I do what I do.
