Therapy can help you move forward with your life. My name is Dawn Fifth, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience.     What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

    I utilize evidence-based methods, techniques, tools, and theories. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy. Using these research-driven practices we can work to improve the quality of your life, improve confidence, improve self-esteem, improve mood, and decrease anxiety.
