In our therapy sessions I will strive to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space. I have been told by my clients that I am easy to talk to. You can expect to learn new skills to tackle your difficulties, support, and guidance throughout the counseling process, and to improve your situation. Counseling will be personalized, collaborative, and goal driven.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I utilize evidence-based methods, techniques, tools, and theories. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy. Using these research-driven practices we can work to improve the quality of your life, improve confidence, improve self-esteem, improve mood, and decrease anxiety.
