About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified in Telemental Health Counseling. I have experience working in outpatient mental health at community agencies, private practice, and drug and alcohol facilities. I use an eclectic approach, recognizing that each individual is unique and may respond differently to various therapeutic methods. I draw from various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Techniques. My role is to support the client's healing and development with empathy, acceptance, and respect in a judgment-free environment.
