This blend of techniques empowers his clients to forge solutions and achieve substantial improvements in their overall functioning and quality of life. From a young age, Justin has been deeply fascinated by the workings of the human mind and people's thought processes. He is strongly solution-focused and has a profound passion for mental health. A significant part of his mission is to challenge and change the negative perceptions surrounding mental health, especially among young minority males.

We will also discuss the assessment that will be used, treatment modalities, homework assignments, and the process for updating treatment plans every 3 months.
