Hello everyone, I’m Rob Zacchia. I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of clinical experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. My experiences include working in residential, detox, partial care/IOP, in-home counseling, and outpatient setting. I have experience working with all types of backgrounds and personalities. I am passionate about providing mental healthcare because it is a vital part to getting balance in your life and finding your inner peace and happiness. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, we will work on identifying your core beliefs that are causing negative outcomes and challenge them. Together, we can strategize about what to do to help you to manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.     What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
    I utilize evidence-based therapies, including a combination of Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Existential Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Multisystemic Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am an expert in psychotherapy, you are an expert in yourself, and I believe you already have many of the answers inside of you. Your treatment plan will be individualized and tailored to fit your specific needs.
